One day we were arguing about a new “key-feature.” The point was that it might fit one type of the user and totally useless for another.What we realized that if we would have “Persona`s filter” it leads us to solve each problem from the customer position.
For sure - there is a plenty of articles and DIY about it and for some startups/teams, it is extremely useful to have User Personas toolbox at the beginning.
So instead of writing how it is - brainstorming and paint your persona portrait with a big brush I will give away simple template for it. It is something you can easily start with.And from our side, we plan to maintain and upgrade it basing on feedback we get from users or our developing team.
